So I realized that I never posted photos of the party I hosted on the beach some time ago, and today is as good as any to chat about it. We celebrated graduation with a dinner party on the beach, in time to watch the sunset. While I must admit we got some rather strange looks while carrying out a full-on table and chair set out there, it definitely became the perfect setting to watch a summer storm come in and leave with a rainbow and gorgeous sunset in it's departure. We enjoyed a simple summer salad, a tossed vegetable pasta and a prize-winning white chocolate lime cake from The Short Giraffe. Sparkling, French pink lemonade was sipped from champagne flutes by the shoreline and we toasted to degree completion, accomplishments & many more sweet, summer evenings.

This is absolutely stunning. How fun is a dinner party on the beach... enjoying food with friends and watching the sunset?! It doesn't get more perfect than that. The tablescape looks amazing, and that cake! Love it all!
