Legacy.

As someone who enjoys a few moments writing, this thought was especially pertinent. Have you considered your legacy? What is it that you'll leave behind; what will people remember you for? Will it be your kindness towards others, a big smile and genuine heart or will you be thought of as someone who was always too busy to be there, too wrapped up in a schedule to enjoy life? I don't know about you, but I want to live a life that is full, one worth writing about later, one that is adventurous and exciting. Too often do I find myself focused on schedules, meetings, deadlines and the nuances of daily life, and it's easy to miss out on the beautiful moments in each day we're given. Can we challenge each other to fully enjoy today, being present both physically & mentally in the situations we're in? Look for the good things in your day today, take the opportunity to make someone else's day better, rather than always being focused on what's coming up next, and life will suddenly seem far more fulfilling. Let's live a life worth writing about; we are here for a much greater purpose than routine. What is it that you want to be remembered for?

Thanks for the great reminder to make each day count! We all want to have a great legacy but sometimes we get distracted. Your blog is full of inspiration.
