I came across this quote not too long ago, and was so encouraged upon reading its reminder.
True, there are low points and dry seasons in life... we all experience that to one degree or another, but they do not last forever. Hold onto hope, for the time of blessings and joy is oh so close.
Yesterday as I finished up work and began to walk to my car, the sky opened up and rain soaked me and the barren ground. I couldn't help but smile as I thought about this quote and how the refreshing spring rains come to revive the earth and also our spirits. This time I didn't mind getting a little bit wet. Perhaps you're feeling like you're in a bit of a dry season as well. I hope this is a gentle, yet inspiring reminder for you to persevere..these things do not last forever, the spring rains will come again.
